At Lumina Ascendus, I am committed to providing high-quality Reiki and Seichem healing services. Your satisfaction and well-being are my top priorities. As a sole practitioner, I strive to maintain clear and fair policies for all my clients.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

• If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance.

• For cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, a 50% cancellation fee may apply.

• In cases of unexpected illness or emergencies, please contact me as soon as possible, and I will do my best to accommodate your situation.

Refunds for Services

• Reiki and Seichem are energy healing practices, and results can vary from person to person. I cannot guarantee specific outcomes but am committed to providing the best possible care.

• Since the service would have already been rendered, there would be no refunds.
