My holistic healing practice integrates energy work, artistic expression, and plant medicine to nurture the whole self.
I've long explored the unseen energies shaping our lives, weaving together ancient wisdom and modern techniques. This journey further led me to utilize art for healing and self-discovery. My artistic practice deepened during challenging times, offering solace and a means of emotional release. Seeking to further enhance this mind-body-spirit connection, I discovered various plant medicines including cacao. The grounding power of this sacred plant beautifully complements my energy work and creative flow, creating a truly transformative experience.
